Biscuits made with only 4 ingredients!
Ingredients
200g Ground almonds
100g Golden syrup
½ tsp Baking powder
2tsp Vanilla extract
Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper. Mix the ground almonds and baking powder together in a medium bowl. Stir in the golden syrup and vanilla. Mix until it forms a sticky dough.
2. Drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto the prepared baking tray and leave about one inch between them. Bake until the edges are golden brown or for 20 minutes. When the biscuits are baked, leave them to cool before transferring to a wire rack.
